At SANJH, we take pride in every detail of our craftsmanship. Our utensils are designed to serve you beautifully for years to come, and we stand behind them with our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty. This promise reflects our belief that the tools you use every day should bring joy, not frustration.
When you purchase from SANJH, you can rest assured that your utensils are protected against manufacturing defects and unexpected breakage under normal household use. “Lifetime” refers to the reasonable service life of each product under normal household use, based on proper care and maintenance. With a little attention — hand washing, occasional oiling, and thoughtful storage — your utensils should remain faithful companions at your table for many years.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, and proof of purchase from an authorized SANJH sales channel — such as Amazon, sanjhkitchen.com or one of our approved retail partners — is required. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, third-party marketplaces, or in used, open-box, or refurbished condition are not covered. Coverage applies to personal, household use only; commercial or professional use (restaurants, catering, etc.) is excluded. Products must be registered within 30 days.
Approved claims are covered by a one-time replacement for the affected utensil. If the exact item is no longer available, we may replace it with a product of equal or greater value, or, at our discretion, issue a refund. For customers in the United States, warranty replacements made within 30 days of purchase will ship free of charge. Claims filed after 30 days, or from outside the U.S., may require the customer to cover shipping costs. We will always be transparent about any charges before processing your claims.
As with any natural product, some changes are to be expected. Normal wear and tear, slight variations in color, or the graceful patina that develops with age are not covered by this warranty. Damage caused by misuse — such as soaking, dishwasher use, or exposure to extreme heat — or by unauthorized repairs or modifications is also excluded.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It is intended to protect you from genuine defects, not from the natural story that unfolds in wood over time. While SANJH is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, this warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction. Certain SANJH products may carry warranty periods different from a Lifetime Warranty — such as a 1-year or 3-year warranty.
